Competition Rules and Standards

For individual events, the number of participants must not be less than 16; for doubles events, the number must not be less than 32; for team events, the number must not be less than 64. In non-duplicate matches, the rules must comply with the "FCG Throwing Cards Basic Rules Outline"; in duplicate matches, the rules must comply with the "FCG Duplicate Throwing Cards Rules".

Safety Standards

The competition venue must comply with the provisions in the "FCG Throwing Cards Event Requirements Outline" and should undergo an on-site inspection by FCG at least one month before the competition. The number of on-site staff should generally not be less than "two event staff per 100 participants," "four security personnel per 100 participants," and "four medical staff per 100 participants."

Ethical and Fair Competition Standards

The competition should follow the principles of "fairness, justice, and transparency" to ensure the legitimate rights of each participant.

Organization and Management

The event organizer should designate a person responsible for coordinating with FCG. In case of a change in leadership, FCG should be notified at least 5 working days in advance. The complete list of the competition organizing committee should be submitted to FCG when applying for certification. If inviting FCG guests to the opening or closing ceremony, an invitation should be submitted in advance.
